Renlu Lugia Pokemorph

This was commissioned by Renlu of Gaia Online.

The lineart and some of the coloring was done in MSPaint, but everything else was done in Paint Shop Pro X.

I used a lot of tutorials on this since I am new to PSP.

I used some of 's tones on this. I want to say the floral brush I used for snow here is hers too, but I'm not 100% sure. I know it's in my bookmarks. If its not hers, then I'll edit in where it's from later.

Advanced critiques are encouraged, because I tried out a lot of new things on this and I want to know if I did anything wrong or if there were things I could've done better.
